The Perfect Pour Over Using Wunderground Coffee

pour over coffee
Wunderground Coffee is already delicious.  No taste of mushrooms, perfectly roasted and packed with all kinds of benefits.  We have been brewing coffee in pots for years, but what about the pour over method?
The pour-over allows you to control the temperature of the water, the speed at which it goes into the grounds, the amount of time it brews and how much it makes. Most coffee enthusiasts prefer this method because it allows them to control the taste, texture, temperature and strength of the brewed coffee.
Ready to learn how to do it?  Let's get going....
1. Your pour over should be 1/2 to 2/3 full of coffee grounds. Too little and you will just get water, too much and it might overflow. Aim for 1:16 and 1:14 ratio of coffee to water.

2. Get your hot water ready! The ideal temperature for our medium blend is 207°F.
Add enough water to soak all of the coffee! Wait for about 30 seconds before adding more water.

3. Try to pour quickly, gently, and evenly across the surface of the coffee, pausing between pours. It should take you between 3 to 4 minutes for medium roast coffee.
This method is perfect for our ground coffee, Brainchild and Hocus Pocus.  Give it a try.
Happy Brewing!
